On February 11, 2009, the President of the Republic of Madagascar Marc Ravalomanana has organized through his political party TIM, a rally stage Mahamasina.
Unfortunately, I had work and could not go. The rain did not help to take pictures even faster (I had no protection for myself or for the camera when I went around 12:45). But I want to witness what I saw in fairness. Towards
11:00: The crowd was rather outside. Inside the stadium itself, few people in the stands.
Around 12:45 pm: The stadium bleachers were full, despite the rain.
I went to eat, hoping that the rain would settle down to take photos.
The organizers had announced that the rally would last until 15:00. Around 2:23 p.m.
. Everyone was out, except one hundred people who remained beside rostrum.
The tiers of the stadium was empty at 14:23.
The rain did not help. But it is a success for the President and the TIM.
